How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Our products are custom printed specifically for you upon your order. For posters, the printing, packaging, and preparation for shipping typically take between 2-5 days. Canvas prints require a bit more time, usually taking 3-7 days to be ready for shipping. These timeframes ensure that each item receives the attention to detail it deserves, resulting in a high-quality product that's made just for you. Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched immediately.
Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure speedy delivery. This means that as soon as your order is placed, it is immediately charged and goes into processing, often within just a few seconds. Unfortunately, this fast-paced workflow means we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been confirmed. We advise reviewing your order carefully before submission to ensure everything is correct.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to domestic deliveries within the USA. We are focused on providing the best possible service and product quality within the country and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
What is your return policy?
All our artwork is custom printed just for you when you place an order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a printing error or damage to the product as a result of the manufacturing process. If you do have any issues, please contact us.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order with ease. After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email that includes a tracking number. This number allows you to follow the progress of your shipment. If you don't receive a tracking number, or if you have any concerns regarding your order's status, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, promptly photograph the damaged item and its packaging, and reach out to our customer service with these photos and your order details. We'll promptly assist you with the necessary steps for a resolution, including a possible return or replacement.
How are the posters and canvas prints packaged for shipping?
Our posters are carefully hand-rolled and secured in protective tissue paper, then shipped in robust, triangular tubes or boxes designed for maximum protection. For smaller poster sizes, we can accommodate up to four prints per tube, while larger posters are limited to three per tube to ensure safe transit.
Our canvas prints are first encased in a protective sleeve, ensuring its surface remains unblemished. This sleeved canvas is then securely placed in a fold-over cardboard box, specifically designed to fit the canvas's dimensions. For added security and stability during transit, straps are fastened around the exterior of the box.
What shipping method do you use?
For our shipments, we primarily use UPS and USPS. The choice between these carriers depends on various factors such as the destination of the package, cost considerations, and the time required for shipping. This approach allows us to select the most efficient and effective shipping method for each individual order, ensuring that your purchase reaches you in the best possible manner.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer expedited shipping options. However, all orders do come with free standard shipping.
How do I know if my order has been shipped out?
As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking number for your delivery. It's important to remember that the tracking number can take up to 48 hours to activate and start showing updates. Once active, you can use it to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your order.
